James’ passion and expertise for this industry it has culminated with him holding senior positions in high profile companies. With 15 years of Operational experience within the Hospitality Industry at all levels prior to starting One Avenue Recruitment, James has an appreciation of the pressure and prerequisites needed to succeed. James has been Directing Operations, Consulting, Recruiting, Developing and Training across a spectrum of disciplines during this time, thus earning him high respect and admiration within the industry.

Michael’s career had seen him hold Senior Operational positions both here in the UK and abroad. During his time Managing, Operating and Recruiting, Michael’s belief of “truly understanding people at all levels is paramount in exceeding their expectations”.
