Lucy’s deep rooted passion for hospitality and her experience of the commercial and operational side of the business began whilst growing up and working in her family owned independent restaurants both in the UK and Spain before pursuing a career in Sales.
Having worked at the UK’s leading hospitality job board for 8 years, operating across the Restaurant, Pubs & Bars, Hotels and Recruitment Consultancy Sectors, and successfully working with some of the UK’s largest hospitality employer brands by helping companies attract, recruit and retain employees Lucy cemented her love affair with hospitality.
Now with a decade of experience in Hospitality and over 20 years combined experience in Online Recruitment Strategies and Recruitment & Business Development, Lucy has an acute awareness of the recruitment challenges that hospitality companies face both from a commercial and operational perspective and she is a firm believer that a company is only as good as the people it keeps…
This led Lucy to her vocation at One Avenue Recruitment where she is committed to providing a consultative approach to recruitment and delivering a bespoke and personal service to all clients and candidates alike at all levels of management within the hospitality sector.
Coming from a hospitality background, Jason soon fell in love with all things food and grew a huge passion for the industry .
Over time, Jason progressed his operational career by supporting an International Restaurant group across the UK, leading their training and development department, helping open numerous restaurants.
After a number of wonderful years working operationally within L & D, Jason incredibly successfully, transferred his skill set into recruitment.
Since launching One Avenue’s chef division, Jason has been instrumental in its growth, and has developed a great reputation within the industry of truly understanding and delivering on our company’s clients and candidates requirements.
